I don’t like to brag, but I really nail this curry. I tend to be very critic with my dishes but these prawns are an exception. You can’t go wrong with them, and can be made in advance, in fact it is almost the best to let the flavors settle together. It’s also a healthy dish and my kids love them… you know, all the things I’m always looking for in my recipes.
I love chili con carne, and when I got this recipe, I could’t imagine it was going to taste so authentic and good. It’s also great because it can be frozen, my girls love it, even though it’s slightly spicy, and it’s super healthy and nutritious. A perfect meal for me.
Mussels, cheapest protein! That sentence, so typical of grandmothers, is totally true. And is also true that mussels escape the curse, because apart from cheap, they are also delicious, healthy and not fattening!
