This is a very special post to me, and it is because I am totally impressed with huge talent the girls at MITU. have. They make the most beautiful head dresses in the world. Also, they have a great style, you can check it on their blog, where you’ll also be able to find all information about their showrooms. You’ll want it all, you are warned.
A couple of years ago they made a gorgeous broad bream hat for a very special wedding I had. I went to the wedding with seven month pregnant bump and my super hat. There were no comments on my belly, but the whole wedding came to ask about my beautiful headdress. I felt so proud of my girls!
I don’t like to brag, but I really nail this curry. I tend to be very critic with my dishes but these prawns are an exception. You can’t go wrong with them, and can be made in advance, in fact it is almost the best to let the flavors settle together. It’s also a healthy dish and my kids love them… you know, all the things I’m always looking for in my recipes.
I had some problems with my computer, that’s the reason for the radio silence these days, sorry to have disappeared! I’ve also had some messy days for several reasons, so I could not organize myself to write from a borrowed computer.
But I’m back and I’m to the point with this salad that is delicious.
